II. Disaster Response Planning

               We develop individual emergency contingency plans for businesses, including multi-family residential communities, hospitals, schools and office buildings to name a few.

III. Risk Analysis & Evaluation

We provide risk analysis of structures and properties to reveal actual, on-going damage as well as potential, future damages. This evaluation includes a complete review of the property, the site, insurance coverage and natural exposures such as wildfire, flood, wind, etc.

IV. Project Management

We provide management and consulting services for projects nationwide. We consult on projects concerning water dry-down, fire cleanup, business interruption, mold, construction defect, sewage removal and other such perils.
