As the owner and President of Pinnacle Emergency Management, Inc. I understand that the most experienced person and company is the best candidate for the job.

I enjoy complex losses that focus on getting the insured back in business as fast as possible.  I understand the cost of interruption, and I understand the sense of urgency an owner has to get back in business so that they do not loose production of their services or goods.

In working with some of the worst disasters in the past 10 years, including 9/11 and hurricanes Ivan, Dennis, Katrina, and Rita, I have grown to understand that compassion combined with knowledge and a sense of normalcy helps with the entire loss process.  I pride myself in customers appreciating the service they received; however, in the end they appreciate the service of their insurance company for handling their loss professionally and fairly.

I continue to educate myself and my staff in all departments of emergency services.  Pinnacle's main focus is compassion with all emergency services.
